The Austin RV Expo, February 15-18 is an annual event that features 150,000 sq ft of RVs and RV accessories. This show garners 8,000-10,000 qualified attendees each show and attendance has grown 15% year over year. The 2018 Show is now open for exhibitors! You can see a floor plan and register online!

How much are booths?
Booths are 10′ x 10′ and include an 8′ back drape as well as 3′ side drape and an ID sign. Corner booths are $700 and non-corner booths are $600.
How do I order electricity?
Electricity has to be ordered separately through the Austin Convention Center and that information will be coming soon.
How do I order chairs, tables, carpet for my booth, get a sign hung, etc?
You will need to contact our decorator, Tex-Expo. That info is here.
What is the estimated show attendance?
The Austin RV Expo had an attendance of upwards of 9,000 over four days at the Austin Convention Center for the 2017 show.
